Our Month-Of Wedding Coordination package is designed to ensure your big day runs seamlessly from start to finish. Beginning six to eight weeks before the wedding, we step in as the primary point of contact—reviewing vendor contracts, finalizing timelines, attending key meetings, and confirming every detail with your venue and vendors. We provide unlimited email support, etiquette guidance, and a personalized planning checklist to keep everything on track. On your wedding weekend, we coordinate the rehearsal, oversee setup and décor, manage the ceremony and reception flow, and act as the liaison between your wedding party, family, and professionals. With a dedicated coordinator (and assistant(s) for larger guest counts), our team ensures your vision comes to life while you enjoy a stress-free celebration.
